Specification
This Horizontal Autoclave is designed and manufactured specially
for laboratories, hospital CSSD, clinic, operating room to
sterilize experiment tools, medical instruments, sterile clothing,
dressings, vessels, apparatuses, operating tools, culture medium
etc.
Designed and manufactured according to ISO 9001, ISO 13485 system
and latest moist steam sterilizer related standards, which has the
obvious advantage of low failure rate and easily operation to
ensure your satisfied using smoothly.
Control system consists of Mitsubishi PLC, 65526 colors TFT touch
Screen, No paper recorder and micro printer etc to ensure safe and
accurate operation.
Multiple sterilization programs (15 sets sterilization cycles, 2
sets test cycles) with icon operation for user selection, all
parameters can be reset by user according to certain requirements.
Sterilization cycle can be start by one touch key and runs
automatically till cycle finished, the main parameters of the
cycles, like pressure, temperature etc. will be recorded into no
paper recorder and printed by micro printer.
History temperature data in the recorder can be displayed on the
screen or restore in the USB flash disks.

3 times Vacuum, expose temperature 134℃, expose time 4 min, drying
time 3 min.
2, Vacuum Leakage Test
Test the chamber connecting parts’ tightness effect. It’s important
to ensure the sterilization effect.
Vacuum degree: -92Kpa, Holding time: 900 seconds, Max pressure
rise: <=2Kpa
3, Instruments/Tools
3 times Vacuum, expose temperature 132℃, expose time 8 min, drying
time 5 min.
4, Clothing
