Application

This Series sterilizers are mainly used in sterilizing for plastic bottle packing infusion solutions.

Using superheated pure water as the sterilization agent, the plastic bottle solutions will be heated quickly, and the temperature in the chamber is uniformly distributed during the cycle because of the water showering continuously.

Chamber

● Horizontal cylinder or rectangle square chamber, made of SS 304, finely polished, insulated with mineral material ensuring least heat emitting
● Horizontal-sliding door (for large volume chamber as usual) or motorized hinge door (for small volume chamber as usual), driven by electric motor and sealed by compressed air
● Equipped GMP validation joint

Control System

* PLC, Touch screen, Printer. Temperature, pressure, F0 value etc can be controlled, recorded or stored at any time.
* Computer monitoring system background in central control room or at site
